Raised in the city of Dixon, California, Jim spent two years attending Cal Poly SLO after high school majoring in Engineering before transferring and graduating from Humboldt State University with a degree in Molecular/Cellular Biology and Chemistry. In 2005 after spending a short time at UC Davis conducting research in the biology department, Jim had the opportunity to enter into the real estate industry and chose to join Solano Mortgage.
"The most rewarding aspect of my profession is helping our clients to manage their current mortgage situations with their overall financial goals and in particular helping new clients become homeowners for the first time. Lately I've really enjoyed working with investors searching for investment opportunities for short term flips and long term cash flow properties. This is really an exciting time to be in the real estate industry. I can't think of anything else I would rather be doing!"
