Optimist International is an association of more than 2,900 Optimist Clubs around the world dedicated to "Bringing Out the Best in Kids." Adult volunteers join Optimist Clubs to conduct positive service projects in their communities aimed at providing a helping hand to youth. With their upbeat attitude, Optimist Club members help empower young people to be the best that they can be.

Solano Napa Habitat for Humanity (SNHFH) is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, which was founded in 1976 and is based in Americus, Georgia. Working successfully in over 1,690 U.S. cities and in 90 countries, Habitat has built more than 400,000 homes worldwide. Habitat is the 9th largest homebuilder in the U.S. Nearing 20 years of existence, the Solano Napa affiliate has built twelve homes and renovated six.
